To initiate a request for the villa of your interest, kindly complete the form available on the villa's page. This form requires your name, contact information, and intended travel dates. After submission, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. Should you have any inquiries regarding the villa, booking specifics, or if you need further destination-related information, our reservation team is easily accessible, and their contact information will be provided. We're committed to assisting you at every stage, ensuring an effortless and enjoyable booking journey.
Is there a booking fee applied?
There are no booking fees for you. We apply a booking fee to villa owners for listing their properties on our website and managing all successful bookings. This is part of our direct collaboration with villa owners or their legal representatives to establish connections between clients and their properties.
Do I have to pay more hidden fees or taxes?
The rental price you pay includes both the service charge and tax, eliminating any possibility of concealed charges. At Villa Bali Paradise, we prioritize honesty and transparency, ensuring that all information provided is straightforward and upfront. Rest assured, you can trust us to deliver a seamless and transparent booking experience, without any surprises or additional expenses once your reservation is confirmed.
Could you provide information about your payment terms?
To confirm the reservation of your holiday rental, a deposit amounting to 50% of the total price is necessary. The remaining 50% of the payment is expected 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival, unless otherwise specified. It's important to note that certain villas might require full payment to secure your booking.
Our dedicated reservation team will furnish you with all essential details and guidance concerning the payment process. We value the significance of keeping you well-informed and ensuring a seamless booking experience. What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
Kindly be aware that deposits and balance payments are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly indicated otherwise. In the event of non-arrival at the villa, it will be treated as a No-Show, resulting in no refund.
Should you require a cancellation, please notify us promptly, as we will diligently work to negotiate a refund with the villa owner. Please note that all refunds are subject to an administration fee of IDR 1,000,000.
Do I need to acquire insurance for coverage?
We strongly advise obtaining comprehensive private insurance to safeguard against potential risks like fire, theft, or water damage for any physical or material incidents that might arise during your vacation. This will ensure you are adequately covered and protected in the event of unexpected situations.
What is the procedure in the event of breakage, damage, or similar situations?
Recognizing the possibility of unforeseen incidents, we respectfully ask that you notify us should any breakage, missing items, or concerns arise during your stay. We will jointly evaluate the situation, and in cases of damage, the replacement cost may be necessary. Please be aware that we cannot assume liability for any losses or damages. We strongly advise each guest to maintain current travel insurance to safeguard their belongings and ensure a worry-free vacation experience.
Is there a housekeeping service available?
In order to prioritize your privacy and cater to your preferences, villa housekeeping services are at your disposal. Please liaise with the villa manager to establish your preferred cleaning schedule and timing. This approach allows us to honor your privacy throughout your stay.
Is smoking permitted within the properties?
Smoking inside the properties is strictly prohibited. Please note that most of our villas are non-smoking unless otherwise stated. For the villas that allow smoking outside, we kindly request that smoking be restricted to the designated outdoor areas provided, along with the use of available ashtrays. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment for a pleasant stay.
Am I allowed to arrange events or parties on the premises?
Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises unless pre-approved by us.
Is it possible to visit the villa prior to making a reservation?

What is the maximum number of guests allowed in the villa?
The standard occupancy of our villas is 2 guests per room (adults or children), and certain villas allow extra occupants for a fee. It is imperative to notify our reservation team of the precise count of individuals in your travel group. They will assess whether the villa can adequately accommodate all guests. Please take into consideration that supplementary fees will be incurred for any additional individuals or extra bedding, and these charges will be itemized in your final invoice.
Do I need to perform a cleaning of the property when checking out?
The reservation of your holiday home encompasses a cleaning service. Our dedicated cleaning team will diligently ready the property for your arrival. We respectfully ask guests to handle the property with the same level of care and consideration as they would their personal space. Nonetheless, in the event of unforeseen situations, supplementary cleaning fees might be applicable.
Is parking provided at the villa? How many vehicles can be parked?
